Cambridge Square is a community where experience and engagement top the list of what our homeowners like the most. Whether a night of dinner, drinks and a concert in the commercial district, or a quiet stroll along one of the walking trails as the sun sets, we wanted to create a neighborhood where the amenities were a seamless part of your day-to-day life. Not simply a pretty picture in a marketing brochure. Take a look at the slideshow below to see some of the highlights.

The Public Square. A place for gathering, socializing, eating, listening to live music, throwing the frisbee, watching your kids dance and play on the stage, reading a book, catching up with a friend, taking pictures for prom, contemplating the shapes of clouds… Just about anything that you can think of. And it’s just a sidewalk stroll away.

Two of Chattanooga’s favorite restaurants: Wine Down Ooltewah and Il Primo Ooltewah. Outdoor dining is an essential part of the Cambridge Culinary scene. That and really great food.

Outdoor activation is a big part of the Cambridge experience. From live music every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night during the warm weather months, to regional cook-offs and market events, Cambridge is Ooltewah’s true town center.

Developers are in the final planning stages of the pool and surrounding amenities which will include a significant amount of park and open space as well as a clubhouse. Those concept images will be ready for viewing in the coming weeks.

Several things to note here. Street trees are planted throughout the commercial and residential districts; medias are heavily planted with native grasses and shrubbery; and the the wide sidewalks extend throughout the community making your walking experience easy and horticulturally rich.

In addition to miles of sidewalks, Cambridge Square will also feature wooded walking trails so you can experience nature along with the more urban amenities. These trails are currently being designed along with the clubhouse and pools.
